Yoga and Embodied Movement
I have a degree in Psychology and over a decades experience working in community mental health. My classes weave together my mental health expertise, in-depth knowledge of neuroscience and modern anatomy, alongside the ancient wisdom of yoga, and the land.
My teaching is not centred on the gymnastic, visually aesthetic yoga postures, but rather focuses on the nurturing, energetic, deeper aspects of yoga. I believe yoga should be inclusive, safe and fun.
During my sessions, I seek to create a space for all to feel comfortable to connect their mind, body and breath through yoga.
