Relax & Renew @ Projekt 42

Find time to relax & renew with two hours of yoga and meditation. 

Self-care is far from easy. Making time to nurture ourselves can feel like an unnecessary effort, especially during these winter months and around the festive season. But, we can’t poor from an empty jug. We can’t do or be all the things we want to without taking care of ourselves.

When we do something to take care of ourselves, we slow down.

We send ourselves a message of safety and security.

We send ourselves a message that we are worthy and worthy of being taken care of.

November’s Relax and Renew with Hannah will focus on self-care. Taking time out to tend to ourselves. Tend to our mind, body and our breath. Prepare ourselves for the busy month of December. 

The practice will be a slow, gentle, Vinyasa flow, connecting our movement to our breath. Followed with some beautiful restorative yoga and ending with a long Savasana.

Join us for two hours of yoga and meditation on Friday 24th November 7.30 - 9.30pm.

£10.50 for non-members
£5.50 for members
