About the classes

Morning yoga

A lovely way to start your day. The focus is on gently waking up and unfurling the body after our nights sleep. We end the session with journaling and meditating, setting our intentions for the week ahead.

Slow Saturday flow

Softer and slower. Doesn’t mean it's always easier. We do less, but what we do is with deeply rooted in intention and awareness. Expect plenty breath work, embodied movement, an exploration of traditional yoga asana (posture) and long Savasana.
