Yoga in the workplace is an opportunity to offer a practical approach towards stress management and employee wellbeing. I offer a holistic approach, incorporating both mind and body practices that support positive mental and physical health.

A typical class would include physical yoga postures sequenced specifically to those who sit for prolonged periods of time, relaxation, breathing and meditation.

This can be weekly timetabled yoga classes within a space at your office or a one off session for an event or conference.
